Make Weight is a high-performance Kimono, developed based on feedback from our athletes and customers looking for a unique kimono.
Make Weight is made with a jacket (coat) in 380gr/m2 braided fabric in a unique cut with no seam on the back, adjusted to give the least impact to the opponent and still remain within the IBJJF/CBJJ rules.
The pants are made from super-light 250 g/m2 ripstop, with an adjusted cut to avoid footprints.
Make Weight was developed for competitions but without losing the quality and comfort that a daily training gi requires.
The Make Weight collar in anti-bacterial EVA (rubber), covered in rip stop, was designed to help break opponents' grip. EVA prevents the kimono from drying out and the collar from remaining wet.
The Make Weight Kimono, despite being designed to make the opponent more difficult, was developed within the CBJJ/IBJJF standards.
Does not come with a band.
